Optional Preparation Year

For the students who are registered in a faculty or a school that carries out education in Turkish, the preparation year is optional.

  • The students must submit the form in person to the Directorate of Student Affairs after getting it approved by the Directorate of Financial and Administrative Affairs.
  • The students who fail to complete the Optional Preparation Year may continue their studies on the re-registration date stated on the academic calendar.
